We are looking for Factory Machine Operatives for one of our rapidly expanding clients based in Dudley. This is a great opportunity to join a mature well established business. To learn, grow and develop within the role with a fantastic scope to upskill yourself. A Machine Operative Duties Will Include: * Working on a production line * Manufacturing and production of tubed steel * Using hand tools and measuring tapes * Machine Operating * All factory work * Quality Checking As a Machine Operative you require the below Skills: * Previous experience working with steel in a factory environment * Experience machine operating * Self-motivated and eager to learn * Good communication and organisational skills * Excellent attention to detail * Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure, use initiative, meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively As A Machine Operative you should have the following attributes: * Strong work ethic * Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping * A good understanding of English both written and spoken * Experience of working in a factory Benefits of Working as a Machine Operative: * On-site parking * Full on the job training * A working culture which encourages progression and development * Temp β Perm * Rotational Shifts β 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am Pay rate Β£13.35 p/h β 6am-2pm Β£14.35 p/h β 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am If you are interested in this role please send your CV.
