The Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Resourcer to support our Industrial and Facilities Management division. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while working closely with Consultants and Account Managers to fill vacancies efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews and candidate registrations.
  • Build and maintain candidate talent pools.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide candidate feedback.
  • Complete compliance checks and maintain accurate records.
  • Support consultants with vacancy management and candidate shortlisting.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience within Industrial, Engineering, Logistics, or Facilities Management recruitment is desirable but not essential.
