The maintenance tasks performed by the Maintenance Engineer are divided into two types: time-based maintenance (also known as planned, scheduled, preventive or routine maintenance) and breakdown maintenance. You will be required to record all maintenance activities on the company CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management System). The role will also require understanding and leading the efforts on OEE, as one of the major factors of OEE is Availability (Downtime). Respond immediately to machinery breakdowns, with the aim of getting the equipment up and running in the quickest time possible, ensuring Health.
