We are looking for Social Workers (Band G) to join a well-established Childrens Trust who believe that the voice of the child should be at the centre of all we do. Supporting Social Workers to undertake creative methods of intervention to ensure the voice of the child is at the centre of service development. Vulnerable children and families have a voice, and their views will impact on how the service is shaped. Job Summary Assess the needs of children, young people, and their families/carers. To co-ordinate services that enable the best outcomes for children, young people, and their families/carers. Ensure the appropriate use of resources.
