About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Manual Powder Coaters to join our valued client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually apply powder coating using spray guns to metal parts and products
- Prepare surfaces prior to coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, or blasting)
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment and spray booths
- Ensure correct coating thickness and finish quality
- Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, uneven coverage, or contamination
- Carry out colour changes and maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Follow health & safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
- Assist with curing process (ovens) where required
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of spray guns and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manual powder coating vacancy
- At least 3 years experience
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
- A positive attitude and commitment
