Ideal Complex Care, a leading provider of complex care, is seeking a Senior Branch Nurse to oversee the clinical management of our service across East and West Sussex. Reporting to the Operational Manager, you will lead case management, audit care plans and risk assessments, and ensure policies, procedures and forms are fit for purpose.
You will support and supervise Nurse Supervisors, prepare reports for Clinical Governance meetings, participate in discharge planning and liaise with health.
