Ideal-Complex-Care seeks an experienced Complex Care Worker to cover day shifts (7:30-12:30) or 12-hour weekend shifts in the Eastry, Bexhill and Burgess Hill area. You will deliver person-centred care, assist with PEG feeding and medication, support mobility and personal care, monitor health changes, and promote independence and dignity.
The role requires prior complex care experience, excellent communication (including non-verbal), teamwork, and a valid driving license with a reliable vehicle.
