We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Carers to join our team, supporting individuals within their own home. The right candidate will have a proven track record and strong knowledge in complex care such as suctioning, PEG, vent, spinal, tracheostomy, laryngectomy, learning disability and challenging behaviours.

Shifts will be four 1 hour shifts through the day to support the Nurse on shift.

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in complex care
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the wider care team
  • Compassion, patience, and professionalism in all aspects of care delivery
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the client
