Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care? We are seeking an experienced Complex Care Worker to complete day shifts with clients from 7:30‑12:30 or 12‑hour shifts including weekends. These shifts would take place in the Eastry area.

You will:

  • Deliver person‑centred care tailored to the client
  • Assist with PEG feeding and medication administration
  • Support with mobility and personal care
  • Monitor and respond to health changes promptly
  • Promote independence and dignity

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in complex care (essential)
  • Knowledge of PEG feeding and epilepsy management
  • Excellent communication skills (including non‑verbal techniques)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow care plans
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Right to work in the UK – unfortunately, we cannot offer sponsorship at this time
  • Driving licence and a reliable vehicle
