Ideal Complex Care is a leading provider of complex care, offering support to people living in their own homes in the community, some independently and some with their family. We are looking to recruit a Senior Branch Nurse to manage the clinical aspects of the service across primarily East and West Sussex. Reporting to the Operational Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Overseeing case management for complex care clients, including auditing care plans and risk assessments and reviews.
- Ensuring that clinical policies, procedure and forms are fit for purpose.
- Support and supervision of Nurse Supervisors.
- Preparing reports for and participating in the monthly Clinical Governance meetings.
- Participating in discharge meetings, care reviews and liaison with health professionals.
- Participating in on-call escalation rota.
- Seeking new and appropriate services.
- Networking with professional colleagues to promote best practice and service standards.
Qualifications
- An active PIN.
- Understanding of community‑based nursing / case management.
- Understanding of CQC requirements for TDDI registrations.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Disciplined with a strong work ethos.
- Team player, with good leadership skills.
- Full, current driving licence and use of own car.
- Must be based in East Sussex and be prepared to travel extensively in the area.
