Ideal Complex Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Branch Nurse to join our specialist team supporting children, young people, and adults with complex health needs in their own homes across the South East. Our multidisciplinary team delivers specialist care across the South of England, always prioritising safety, empowerment, and personalised outcomes.
The Role As a Branch Nurse
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within clients’ homes
- Support individuals with complex conditions such as neurological disorders, spinal injuries, respiratory needs, and long-term health conditions
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and wider clinical teams
- Complete clinical assessments, care planning, spot checks, and risk reviews
- Assess new clients
- Provide training to care staff and carry out competencies
This is a community and office based role, so travel is essential. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with valid NMC registration
- Experience in complex care, community nursing, or acute clinical settings is essential
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- A compassionate, person-centred approach
- Confident in delivering training to members of the care team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle which is essential for travel to the office and working out in the community
