Ideal Complex Care Limited is a well-established, highly respected and expanding provider of complex care services across the Southeast. We are passionate about providing high quality care to our clients, and weβre always looking at ways we can continue to develop.
We are currently looking to appoint additional Health Care Assistants to join our team providing care services to clients in East Sussex, for example, Horsham, Hassocks and Worthing. The clients range between young children and adults with care needs who require monitoring and assistance in the day and night.
This is an excellent opportunity for a HCA who has gained experience in settings such as elderly care or community-based settings, looking to expand their knowledge and the chance to learn new skills!
- The safe administration of medication
- Support client with PEG needs
- Support client with Tracheostomy needs
- Support client with ventilation needs
- Providing assistance and support with a variety of personal care including eating, drinking, washing, and dressing
- Ensuring equipment is kept in good condition and that care records are accurately maintained
- Be able to communicate effectively with family members and other stakeholders involved in the care of the client such as other healthcare professionals as required
- Ensure quality person-centred care is delivered to the highest possible standard
- An ability to be flexible and work across a variety of day and night shifts. Example shifts include:
- 1900-0700
- 0700-1900
- 0800-2000
- 2000-0800
In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer 28 days annual holiday (pro rata), paid DBS, paid training that will include full Complex Care and Medication Training, personal and professional development opportunities, and most importantly a supportive, friendly team to work with.
Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekend availability
