Ideal Complex Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Nurse to join our specialist team supporting children, young people, and adults with complex health needs in their own homes across West Sussex. Ideal Complex Care provides bespoke, one-to-one support for individuals with complex clinical needs, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity at home. Our multidisciplinary team delivers specialist care across the South of England, always prioritising safety, empowerment, and personalised outcomes.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality clinical care within clients’ homes
- Support individuals with complex conditions such as neurological disorders, spinal injuries, respiratory needs, and long-term health conditions
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and wider clinical teams
- Complete clinical assessments, care planning, and risk reviews
- Provide guidance and mentorship to care staff to maintain excellent standards
This is a community-based role, so travel is essential. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile.

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (Adult or Child) with valid NMC registration
- Experience in complex care, community nursing, or acute clinical settings
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- A compassionate, person-centred approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to community travel)
