About the Role
We are seeking experienced female care assistants to support a lady living in Peacehaven. The individual is 42 years old and requires assistance with daily living due to several basic health conditions and complex mental health needs. This role involves providing person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and respect. You will work as part of a supportive team delivering care in line with Ideal Complex Care’s values, ensuring the individual feels safe, valued, and empowered. The successful candidates will have experience and understanding of mental health conditions, including:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- ADHD
- Complex PTSD
- Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD)
- Personality Disorder
Responsibilities
- Assist with morning routines and personal care
- Provide emotional support and reassurance
- Promote independence while ensuring safety
- Administer medication (if required and trained)
- Deliver care with compassion, dignity, and respect
Requirements
- Female applicants only (due to personal care requirements)
- Previous experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
