Credit Controller - Milton Keynes (MK1 1FD) - (Hybrid working - 3 days on site and 2 days remote)

As a Credit Controller based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers with the purpose of controlling, reducing and maintaining debt risk
  • Working within set Measures, KPI’s and Objectives assigned individually and to the team
  • Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history
  • Building strong relationships with our customers whilst identifying and actively driving query resolution to enable free cash flow into the business

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm. We offer a hybrid working model (3 days on-site and 2 days remote).

  • Prior Credit Control experience is essential
  • High level of cash collections - documenting all call activity, including payment promises and all queries
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to financial and non-financial stakeholders and build strong and effective relationships
  • Demonstrated problem solving knowledge
  • Tenacious and flexible approach to your daily role
