We are looking for a Finance Systems Lead to join the adventure as we continue to accelerate through a period of significant growth and complexity across our finance landscape. Following a significant number of acquisitions in the last year, this role is critical in ensuring our finance system, NetSuite accurately reflects accounting reality across a multi-entity, global group. This is a finance-led systems role, not a NetSuite administrator position. You will sit within Finance, bringing strong technical accounting judgement to how systems are configured, integrated and used, ensuring postings, balances and data flows genuinely make sense. Driving change to optimise systems and processes for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the finance systems workstream for acquired businesses, including:
- Chart of accounts mapping
- Data migration
- Entity and ledger setup
- Go-live support
- Owning and supporting NetSuite and its integrations with tools such as Salesforce, Zuora, Tipalti, FloQast, Solution 7 and Workday.
- Acting as the bridge between technical accounting requirements and NetSuite configuration, ensuring correct debit/credit logic, posting rules and controls.
- Partnering with Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting and Operational Finance teams to support month-end, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Working with IT, Data teams and external vendors on systems changes and enhancements.
- Supporting testing, documentation, process improvement and user guidance.
- Helping standardise processes across an increasingly complex global finance environment.
Skills and Experience:
- You are a qualified or technically strong accountant with hands-on ownership of finance systems.
- You have led NetSuite integrations, ideally as part of acquisitions or major organisational change.
- You understand core accounting mechanics (GL, AR, AP, revenue) and can confidently challenge system setups that don’t reflect accounting reality.
- You are comfortable operating in a multi-entity, international group.
- You can translate accounting requirements into clear system and process decisions.
- You are collaborative, pragmatic and confident working in fast-changing environments.
