Location- Head Office, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire

Working Pattern - Hybrid (three days a week in the head office)

Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging communications that inspire colleagues to volunteer, including emails, posters, spotlights, and social content
- Supporting the delivery of community‑focused events, from small team activities to large company gatherings
- Helping to coordinate our Think Big programme (UK community programme) and supporting ambassadors with their volunteering initiatives
- Managing and updating our global volunteer platform, ensuring opportunities are current, accessible, and engaging
- Providing friendly support to colleagues interested in volunteering and encouraging them to share feedback after activities
- Capturing and sharing inspiring stories that highlight the impact of our community action
- Identifying new volunteering opportunities and helping build strong relationships with charity, education, and community partners
