The best GTM tech stack in the world is useless if nobody uses it properly. At Ideagen, we're investing heavily in the systems that power our commercial organisation. Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, automation, AI and more. But technology doesn't create outcomes. Adoption does. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Revenue Systems Enablement Partner to be the conduit between the people building our revenue systems and the people relying on them every day. You'll be the person who ensures our sales teams don't just have access to great technology, but actually understand it, use it and get value from it. Bringing complexity into clarity and making systems stick which enables revenue teams to perform at their best.

Responsibilities:

  • Own onboarding and system enablement across our GTM technology stack
  • Build training, documentation and self-service resources people actually want to use
  • Drive adoption of Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement and forecasting tools
  • Ensure new starters become system-confident, quickly
  • Prepare the business for system releases, changes and new functionality
  • Use adoption data to identify friction, coaching opportunities and process improvements
  • Act as the first line of support for system usage questions
  • Reduce reliance on tribal knowledge by documenting critical workflows and processes
  • Help our commercial teams embrace AI-powered ways of working

Skills and Experience:

You'll thrive here if you...

  • Love making complex things simple
  • Get a genuine kick out of helping people succeed
  • Spot adoption problems before they become performance problems
  • Believe documentation is a competitive advantage
  • Enjoy working across teams without needing formal authority
  • Care as much about user experience as system capability
  • Are curious about how AI can improve productivity, effectiveness and decision-making

What we're looking for:

We're less interested in job titles and more interested in capability. You might currently work in:

  • Revenue Operations
  • Sales Operations
  • Revenue Enablement
  • Systems Enablement
  • GTM Technology
  • CRM Administration
  • Commercial Excellence

What matters is that you've successfully helped people adopt technology in a fast-moving SaaS or technology environment. Ideally you'll bring:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of GTM systems and commercial workflows
  • Strong training and documentation skills
  • Experience driving system adoption and user engagement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A passion for improving how teams work through better processes and technology

Bonus points if you've worked with CPQ, Clari, Outreach, Salesloft or enablement platforms.
