As a Senior Solutions Engineer within our EHSQ team, you’ll become the go-to subject matter expert in the Quality domain, supporting our Sales Team in delivering tailored solutions for our prospective clients. Operating in both the enterprise and mid-market sales spaces, you’ll need to be adaptable, leveraging your expertise to create compelling purchasing experiences for diverse audiences. By demonstrating a thorough understanding of both our products and the industry, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, influencing best practices and helping clients navigate their quality management journey.
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into prospective customers’ quality management requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough consultations and needs assessments to unearth pain points and discover opportunities for improvement.
- Showcase our cutting-edge products and solutions, highlighting how they address customer pain points and relevant features.
- Team up with the sales squad to craft tailored presentations, proposals, and solution designs that resonate with each prospect's unique needs.
- Represent Ideagen at industry events, conferences, and seminars, positioning us as thought leaders in quality management.
- Create and maintain engaging product demo environments tailored to key verticals and territories.
- Lend expertise to the Product/Pre-Sales Support Team, ensuring real-time data in demo environments.
- Develop customised role play and demo scripts tailored to specific use cases for potential customers.
- Tackle the functional and technical aspects of RFPs with finesse.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Pre-Sales/Sales engineering, consulting, or management role within the Quality Management sector.
- Profound understanding of quality management principles and methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, TQM, and ISO standards.
- Familiarity with quality management software solutions and platforms, SaaS benefits, API interoperability, and data warehousing. Knowledge of software architecture is a plus!
- Stellar presentation and communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple Pre-Sales engagements simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to connect with clients and attend industry events.
