Senior Product Manager – Nottingham

Ideagen is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support the delivery of our product strategy and contribute to the ongoing development of our software solutions. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, managing the product lifecycle, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and understand customer requirements
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to support product development and go-to-market plans
- Manage the product backlog and oversee delivery of features and enhancements
- Use data and metrics to inform decisions and monitor product performance
- Support continuous improvement of product team practices and processes
- Contribute to prototyping and testing activities with design teams and clients
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product team members
Skills and Experience:
- Product management experience in the SaaS sector
- Strong understanding of product domain, market trends, and customer needs
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
