As the Senior Graphic Designer in the Product Success team, that sits within Product Experience, you will be responsible for creating high-quality internal communication collateral that aligns teams across the organization. You will develop modern, engaging, and story-driven content that enhances understanding and excitement around product releases, strategy, and key initiatives. Working closely with the Product Communications Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, driving awareness of product innovations, and ensuring that communication regarding product and strategy is clear and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling internal communication materials, including presentations, infographics, newsletters, videos, and digital assets.
- Develop fresh and innovative ways to communicate complex product concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand’s look, feel, and tone.
- Support internal product marketing efforts by crafting collateral that enhances understanding of product roadmaps, releases, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Utilize various mediums such as motion graphics, video editing, email marketing, and interactive content to keep communications engaging and impactful.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product stories are visually appealing and effectively communicated, regionally.
- Manage and maintain design assets, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across internal product communications.
- Work with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other internal tools to ensure seamless content distribution, accessibility, and an up-to-date single source of truth.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate our communication approach.
