Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging communications that inspire colleagues to volunteer, including emails, posters, spotlights, and social content
  • Supporting the delivery of community‑focused events, from small team activities to large company gatherings
  • Helping to coordinate our Think Big programme (UK community programme) and supporting ambassadors with their volunteering initiatives
  • Managing and updating our global volunteer platform, ensuring opportunities are current, accessible, and engaging
  • Providing friendly support to colleagues interested in volunteering and encouraging them to share feedback after activities
  • Capturing and sharing inspiring stories that highlight the impact of our community action
  • Identifying new volunteering opportunities and helping build strong relationships with charity, education, and community partners
