We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President of Product Growth to accelerate market penetration and revenue expansion across a portfolio of industry‑leading EHSQ, Quality, and GRC SaaS solutions. This role owns product go‑to‑market strategy and growth initiatives across ANZ, with a clear mandate to drive measurable business outcomes through product‑led expansion. As VP of Product Growth, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy and commercial execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product‑led growth strategies to increase market penetration and account expansion
- Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across new use cases, verticals, and adjacent markets
- Design portfolio expansion strategies, including bundling and cross‑sell motions
- Own growth metrics including adoption, expansion revenue, bundle attach rates, and portfolio penetration
- Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy across ANZ
- Lead product launches, including positioning, messaging, and enablement
- Build scalable GTM playbooks aligned to customer needs and buying behaviours
- Define clear product positioning and competitive differentiation
- Design pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
- Enable Sales and Customer Success with product messaging, sales plays, and value frameworks
Skills and Experience:
- Senior B2B SaaS experience in product growth, product marketing, or product management
- Proven success scaling multi‑product or platform‑based software businesses
- Strong understanding of SaaS economics, pricing, and portfolio strategy
- Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven markets preferred
- Ability to lead through influence in complex, cross‑functional environments
