We are a growing company with a steady pipeline of specialist roles. To support that growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can manage recruitment with consistency, clarity and professionalism. This role focuses on effective hiring processes, high-quality stakeholder engagement and a positive candidate experience. You will help the business hire well by applying good judgement, good communication and a structured approach to each search. If you want to stretch your muscles in stakeholder engagement, candidate journey and have a measurable impact across the business, this is not to be missed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process from briefing to offer
  • Support hiring managers to define requirements and realistic search parameters
  • Create and manage pipelines for specialist and hard-to-find skill sets
  • Write and post job adverts that are clear and aligned to the market
  • Conduct screening, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Represent the organisation in a professional and consistent way with all candidates and stakeholders
