Ideagen's Regulatory Content team is seeking a Senior Associate Regulatory AI Content Engineer to help build the AI harness that underpins our content operations. You will work on orchestration workflows, RAG pipelines, AI agents, evaluation frameworks and automation tooling, partnering with Product, Technology and Content teams.
You will design prompts, develop internal tools, and lead evaluation activities to continuously improve AI performance.
