We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to help accelerate growth across Ideagen's fast-scaling SaaS portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making a measurable impact on revenue. You will lead all marketing activity from campaign creation to website optimisation and paid media, working closely with BDR and Sales to generate demand, unlock new opportunities and fuel pipeline growth. Blending strategy with hands-on delivery, you will have the freedom to test, learn and innovate in a fast-paced environment where your ideas can directly influence business success.

Responsibilities:

  • The overall purpose of this role is to generate sales opportunities from marketing activities.
  • Creating compelling marketing materials to drive lead generation activities.
  • Taking ownership of campaign activity and reporting on success against KPIs.
  • Supporting demand generation strategy and contributing ideas for new activity.
  • Creating supporting go-to-market messaging and assets for sales enablement.
  • Using digital channels to amplify content, including social (organic and paid), PPC, email, and other digital channels.
  • Supporting pipeline growth by working closely with BDR and Sales across webinars, content marketing, website, paid ads, and email.
  • Managing website content, landing pages, and forms to support campaigns.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape, target audiences, personas, brand proposition, and key messages to develop materials that drive engagement and response.

Skills and Experience:

  • Self-sufficient, capable of creating and executing campaigns and reporting on results.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Strong affinity for helping sales teams achieve revenue targets.
  • Commercially-minded, with a focus on pipeline growth and key marketing metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker, able to contribute new campaign ideas and refine ongoing activity.
  • Analytical and able to make data-driven decisions to optimise results.
  • Excellent team player, outgoing and proactive.

Desirable:

  • Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, and HubSpot (or similar) preferable.
