Responsibilities

- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Support pre‑employment checks and onboarding tasks
- Organise welcome gifts and help run assessment centres
- Screen and shortlist candidates for early careers roles
- Manage internal vacancy communications across our global teams
- Keep recruitment data and reports up to date
- Assist with admin tasks like invoices and purchase orders
