Location- Head Office, Ruddington, Nottinghamshire

Working Pattern - Full-time, hybrid (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in office)

We are seeking an experienced Pardot Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our marketing automation platform. This role will serve as the technical lead for Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), supporting strategic initiatives across the marketing funnel and playing a key role in marketing technology integration during mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a scalable Pardot architecture aligned with business goals
  • Design automation workflows to support lead lifecycle management
  • Configure advanced Pardot features including dynamic content, lead scoring, and segmentation
  • Build automation rules, engagement programs, and conversion-optimized assets
  • Design and manage integrations between Pardot and Salesforce CRM
  • Ensure data quality, compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and effective lead routing
  • Conduct technical assessments of marketing platforms during M&A activities
  • Develop integration and migration strategies for multiple Pardot instances
  • Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver solutions
Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
  • Salesforce Pardot Specialist and/or Consultant certification
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM integration
  • Experience with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization
  • Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and lead management
  • Experience with data migration and M&A-related projects
