We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional programmes that support strategic business objectives. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing complex project portfolios, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Programme Strategy: Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational goals, including scope, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and progress.
- Strategic Planning: Support IT planning and prioritisation based on business value, balancing short- and long-term needs across regions.
- Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple related projects, monitor progress, address risks, and optimise resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Establish scalable programme management processes, governance structures, and reporting tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons learned and promote consistent delivery practices across teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Programme or project management experience
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-system programmes
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and MS Project
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architecture
