We are seeking a Programme Manager to lead the planning and delivery of cross-functional programmes that support strategic business objectives. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing complex project portfolios, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Programme Strategy: Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational goals, including scope, success criteria, and delivery timelines.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Strategic Planning: Support IT planning and prioritisation based on business value, balancing short- and long-term needs across regions.
  • Portfolio Oversight: Manage multiple related projects, monitor progress, address risks, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Establish scalable programme management processes, governance structures, and reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear communication with senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons learned and promote consistent delivery practices across teams.

Skills and Experience:

  • Programme or project management experience
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-system programmes
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira and MS Project
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical architecture
