Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing marketing team as a Marketing Events Apprentice. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing events that help connect customers, partners and teams. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, building practical skills across events, campaigns and administration while developing your confidence in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Please note: as this is an apprenticeship role, we are only able to consider candidates who do not already hold a degree‑level qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of a range of marketing events, both virtual and in‑person.
  • Assisting with event logistics, including venues, suppliers, materials, registrations and attendee communications.
  • Coordinating event‑related administration, ensuring accurate records, schedules and documentation are maintained.
  • Helping with the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as presentations, invitations and follow‑up content.
  • Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to keep events running smoothly and on schedule.
  • Supporting on‑the‑day event delivery, including set‑up, attendee support and post‑event activities.
  • Gathering feedback and helping to evaluate event success to support continuous improvement.
