This is a career defining marketing role for someone who knows how to influence a market rather than broadcast into one. You’ll lead global Aviation marketing for Ideagen, shaping how we show up, how we generate demand, and how we win. You’ll operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, category expertise and account based marketing, partnering closely with the Aviation leaders and the central Ideagen marketing team. Your success will be measured by meaningful commercial impact, deepening our relationships with key accounts, driving high-quality pipeline and strengthening our presence in the aviation community. If you enjoy ownership, pace, and the opportunity to build something category defining, this role gives you both the autonomy and the expectation to deliver exactly that.
Responsibilities:
- Leading global account based and deal surround marketing programs across our most important aviation accounts.
- Creating the strategies, campaigns and content needed to engage senior stakeholders across airports and the wider aviation ecosystem.
- Partnering with Regional GMs to build and maintain key account plans, ensuring marketing activity drives real commercial outcomes.
- Developing thought leadership, case studies, events, webinars and community-building initiatives that elevate Ideagen’s voice in aviation.
- Owning demand creation, from pre-RFP influence through to supporting competitive deals with targeted surround strategies.
- Managing marketing investment and orchestrating work across agencies, digital, design, events and outbound demand gen teams.
- Reporting on the activities that matter: account penetration, engagement quality, pipeline contribution and influence on win rates.
Skills And Experience:
You understand aviation and complex B2B buying cycles, and you know how to run proper account based marketing. We’ll be looking for you to demonstrate how you’ve generated meaningful pipeline in complex B2B environments, and how your marketing leadership has contributed to sustained ARR growth. You’re commercially minded, curious and comfortable acting as a strategic partner to senior leaders.
You’re likely someone who:
- Brings strong experience from aviation or another complex, safety-critical or regulated sector.
- Understands how to build influence across multi stakeholder accounts, particularly airports.
- Moves seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on delivery when needed.
- Connects marketing activity to pipeline health and revenue outcomes.
- Communicates clearly, thinks critically and cares deeply about quality.
- Works well across commercial, product and central marketing teams, bringing maturity and collaboration to every interaction.
