We’re looking for an organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering projects that make a visible commercial impact across the organisation. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering projects to agreed timelines and standards. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a variety of initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining robust plans, schedules, risk registers and reporting.
- Proactively monitor progress, identifying risks, issues and dependencies early and driving them through to resolution, with all documentation kept accurate and up to date.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates, managing expectations and facilitating workshops, steering groups and team forums with actionable outputs.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across internal teams, suppliers and senior leadership to ensure alignment, collaboration and delivery success.
- Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, working closely with resource managers to allocate effectively and supporting smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Champion governance and control, ensuring adherence to methodologies, delivering clear reporting to leadership and managing change processes with full impact assessment.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a fast‑paced, relevant sector.
- Strong knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMP, with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused approach.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
- Confident communicator, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Able to hit the ground running, quickly building rapport and driving momentum.
