As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving high‑quality pipeline and accelerating revenue growth. This role engages with complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations, turning early interest into meaningful commercial opportunities. You work closely with Marketing and Sales teams, shaping campaigns, building strong relationships, and helping move opportunities forward. Along the way, you mentor others, contribute to team success, and build a strong foundation for a future in commercial or sales leadership.
Location: Ruddington, Nottinghamshire.
Working pattern: Hybrid (Monday‑Thursday in office, Friday WFH).
Salary: £33,000 – £35,000.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with a mix of warm inbound leads and self‑generated outbound opportunities across phone, email, and social channels.
- Identify and research target accounts, mapping key stakeholders and initiating meaningful, value‑led conversations.
- Qualify and convert opportunities into high‑quality meetings that progress efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Account Executives to support deal progression, including re‑engaging stalled opportunities and assisting with proposals.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date CRM records, ensuring clear next steps and strong pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Marketing to provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and market trends to improve performance.
- Mentor and support other team members, sharing best practices, conducting call reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Take ownership of pipeline quality and velocity, focusing on conversion rates and revenue impact rather than volume alone.
