Responsibilities
- Lead proactive, high‑value engagement across your account portfolio, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience every day.
- Build influential, trust‑driven relationships with key stakeholders to maximise long‑term account value and retention.
- Uncover and convert strategic upsell and cross‑sell opportunities that accelerate growth and deliver measurable commercial impact.
- Drive the full expansion cycle from shaping customer vision to crafting proposals and closing high‑quality agreements.
- Develop insight‑led account plans that align customer goals with Ideagen’s solutions, driving adoption, satisfaction, and ongoing value.
- Collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Commercial teams to create innovative, customer‑centric strategies that strengthen performance and reduce risk.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience hitting targets in account management, within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong ability to build and grow strategic, long‑term customer relationships that deliver measurable value.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through upsell, cross‑sell, or renewal activity.
- Skilled at managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and momentum.
- Confident communicating and presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision‑makers.
- Commercially astute, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling proposals and insights; SaaS experience is a plus.
