We are seeking a Business Development Manager – EMEA to lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth across the region.
Location: Ruddington, Nottinghamshire – Onsite 4x days per week

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to deliver consistent high performance.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating best‑in‑class business development behaviours, techniques, and standards.
- Build and execute structured development plans to support individual and team progression.
- Create a high‑energy, positive, and motivating team environment that drives engagement and results.
- Inspire and motivate the team to exceed pipeline, activity, and performance targets.
- Drive pipeline generation and qualification to support regional revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance using data and insights to continuously optimise outputs and conversion rates.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high‑potential BDR talent, building a strong future talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to align on strategy and execution.
- Ensure effective use of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Establish scalable processes, frameworks, and ways of working to improve team effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate reporting and visibility of pipeline performance.
Skills And Experience:
- Proven experience in BDR/SDR leadership, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Track record of building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for developing others.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to perform at their best.
- Leads by example, with a hands‑on approach and willingness to demonstrate best practice.
- Results‑driven with a strong focus on accountability and achieving targets.
