Role Purpose: As an AI Adoption Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting trial customers across your region, guiding them through Mazlan and helping them integrate it into their day‑to‑day work. This is a customer‑facing role within a newly formed team, offering the opportunity to shape processes, build strong regional relationships, and develop valuable expertise in AI adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Owning engagement for Mazlan free‑trial customers within your assigned region
- Managing a portfolio of trial accounts from activation through to conversion
- Delivering structured onboarding sessions, demos, and regular check‑ins
- Understanding customer workflows and tailoring guidance to their specific needs
- Proactively identifying and addressing barriers to adoption, such as confidence, time, or technical questions
- Translating Mazlan’s capabilities into practical, industry‑relevant use cases
- Monitoring trial health and flagging at‑risk accounts early
- Sharing customer feedback and insights with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams
Skills and Experience:
- Highly customer‑focused and enjoy enabling others to succeed with software
- Communicates clearly and confidently with both end users and senior stakeholders
- Learns new tools quickly and can explain them in a clear, accessible way
- Understand the link between customer success, adoption, and business growth
- Comfortable working in a regional role and building long‑term relationships
