We are looking for a LinkedIn Campaign Executive to own and optimise paid LinkedIn activity across EMEA, North America and APAC. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality B2B leads and account engagement through smart targeting, compelling creative and data-driven optimisation supporting Ideagen's growth across regulated industries. This is an exciting hands-on role for someone who loves experimenting, analysing and continuously improving campaign performance!

Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch and optimise LinkedIn advertising campaigns using Sponsored Content, Lead Gen Forms and account-based targeting
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing and performance across multiple regions
  • Write and brief engaging B2B ad copy tailored to professional audiences
  • Develop and refine audience strategies using matched audiences, ABM lists and buyer persona targeting
  • Monitor performance daily, running A/B tests to improve CTR, CPL and lead quality
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, sales and operations teams to align campaigns with pipeline goals
  • Track and report on campaign performance, lead quality and contribution to pipeline

Skills and Experience:

  • Hands-on experience running LinkedIn campaigns in a B2B, SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Lead Gen Forms and audience targeting
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear optimisation actions
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and LinkedIn's role across the funnel
  • Confident writing concise, compelling ad copy for professional audiences
  • Experience supporting lead generation and/or account-based marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable working with performance data (Excel/CRM/marketing automation tools)

Nice to have:

  • LinkedIn certifications, ABM experience, exposure to regulated industries or curiosity around using AI tools to improve campaign performance.
