This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our team. You will own our systems, processes and data, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role combines technical platform management, meticulous process ownership, event coordination, and some creative content creation. You will be critical to the L&D team’s success, enabling strategic work to happen while ensuring programmes run smoothly, data is accurate and systems work properly. You will see the direct impact of your work every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Systems & Platform Ownership: Own and manage 360Learning—configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and expert support. Oversee all L&D processes including training requests, onboarding workflows, and programme coordination.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain Power BI dashboards with accurate training data and metrics. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Programme & Event Coordination: Plan and deliver leadership workshops, programme launches, and learning events handling logistics, communications, materials, and attendance.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging e-learning modules, communications, and materials to drive participation and learning.
  • Onboarding Management: Lead the onboarding experience, enrolling new starters, tracking progress, ensuring completions, and driving continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in L&D coordination, training administration, or similar HR role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach.
  • Confident holding people accountable and chasing for information.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning Power BI.
  • Experience with learning platforms (360Learning ideal, any LMS/LXP helpful).
  • Strong communication skills and creative flair for content design.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
