This is an opportunity to step into a proven EMEA new business sales function and elevate it.

You'll inherit a team of high-performing new business reps, a credible product in a complex, regulated space, and real momentum, but we're nowhere near the ceiling. The focus now is sharpening execution, increasing new logo acquisition in regulated industries, and consistently winning the deals that matter.

We're not looking for someone to build from scratch, and equally not for someone to maintain the status quo. This role is for a leader who knows what "better" looks like and has a track record of taking strong new business teams and turning them into standout ones.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of new business AEs, driving the next stage of pipeline growth
  • Increase average deal size and new logo penetration across regulated industries
  • Build a repeatable, scalable new business motion, with clear focus on strategic wins
  • Elevate sales rigour across forecasting, pipeline quality, and deal execution
  • Coach and challenge experienced sellers to consistently operate at top-tier performance levels
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to sharpen targeting and unlock growth
  • Bring structure and consistency to complex, multi-stakeholder new business sales cycles
  • Contribute to regional strategy and influence EMEA go-to-market direction

Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales leader within compliance or quality-focused SaaS, selling into regulated industries (essential)
  • Experience leading high-performing new business teams, with evidence of taking good teams to elite level
  • Strong background in new logo acquisition, alongside commercial expansion capability
  • Personally credible in front of customers, with history of closing complex, high-value deals
  • Comfortable operating in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Data-driven, with strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management expertise
  • Experience across EMEA markets, understanding regional nuance and complexity
  • Leadership style that is hands-on, coaching-led, and performance-driven
