We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to join our growing Business Development Representative team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on Ideagen's growth by engaging in outbound prospecting activities, identifying key decision-makers, qualifying leads, and selling our value proposition. This role offers real progression and unlimited potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engaging in outbound prospecting activities.
  • Identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organisations.
  • Qualifying and assessing leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Effectively communicating Ideagen's value proposition and key differentiators.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team, contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Engaging in consultative selling, actively listening to prospects' requirements and recommending tailored software solutions.
  • Utilising CRM software to efficiently manage and track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
  • Actively participating in sales meetings, training programmes, and professional development activities.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, identifying potential opportunities for business growth.
