Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll take ownership of planning, coordinating, and delivering projects to agreed timelines and standards. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a variety of initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining robust plans, schedules, risk registers and reporting.
  • Proactively monitor progress, identifying risks, issues and dependencies early and driving them through to resolution, with all documentation kept accurate and up to date.
  • Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates, managing expectations and facilitating workshops, steering groups and team forums with actionable outputs.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across internal teams, suppliers and senior leadership to ensure alignment, collaboration and delivery success.
  • Lead, coordinate and motivate project teams, working closely with resource managers to allocate effectively and supporting smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Champion governance and control, ensuring adherence to methodologies, delivering clear reporting to leadership and managing change processes with full impact assessment.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or PMP, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
  • Confident communicator, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to hit the ground running, quickly building rapport and driving momentum.
