We have an exciting opportunity to join our forward-thinking central marketing team, working at the intersection of community engagement, content creation, and AI-driven search. As a Community & Content Specialist, you will play a key role in building brand credibility across industry platforms, creating high-impact content, and engaging authentically with professional communities. You’ll help position the organisation as a trusted authority while contributing directly to visibility, reputation, and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in online communities such as Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn groups, and industry forums, providing helpful and knowledgeable contributions.
  • Monitor and participate in discussions related to compliance, risk management, and industry challenges, offering valuable insights without overt promotion.
  • Manage and grow presence across review platforms including G2, Capterra, and TrustRadius, supporting review generation initiatives.
  • Respond to all customer reviews in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive engagement and addressing feedback constructively.
  • Create high-quality, search-optimised content such as FAQs, how-to guides, blog posts, and competitor comparisons.
  • Repurpose community discussions into engaging content assets that support wider marketing goals.
  • Track and analyse content performance and community engagement, identifying opportunities to improve visibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency across content and platforms.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in community management, content marketing, or digital engagement within a B2B environment.
