Ideagen is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to help shape the future of Mazlan, our agentic AI platform that powers intelligent work across regulated industries. Sitting at the intersection of AI capability, customer workflow, and commercial impact, this role focuses on turning agentic AI potential into real, adopted value for enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with engineering, commercial leaders, and customers to define what Mazlan builds next, using hands-on prototyping and agentic tooling to validate ideas before they ever reach a sprint plan. This is not a traditional product management role. You will actively design, prototype, and test agent behaviours yourself, working as a technical peer alongside engineering and as a credible partner to sales and product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Owning the Mazlan agent platform roadmap, prioritising new capabilities and workflow depth based on customer needs, adoption data, and platform maturity.
- Building clear business cases for platform investments, defining success metrics upfront and tracking activation, engagement, and workflow completion post-launch.
- Running structured discovery with enterprise customers and internal domain experts to identify high-value automation and decision-support opportunities.
- Creating working agent prototypes and workflow stubs using agentic tooling to validate interaction design and customer value before engineering commitment.
- Producing engineering-ready specifications that define agent interaction flows, orchestration logic, context handling, confidence gating, and evaluation criteria.
- Monitoring platform usage signals to understand how customers are integrating Mazlan into daily work and where friction or drop-off occurs.
- Representing Mazlan in commercial forums, customer advisory boards, and enablement sessions, translating platform capabilities into compelling customer value.
- Partnering closely with Product and Sales leadership to align platform priorities with commercial targets and customer segment strategy.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience owning the roadmap for an AI or agentic product in a B2B SaaS environment, where model behaviour forms part of the user experience.
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI and agentic tooling (such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents) to prototype and validate ideas independently.
- Strong platform product mindset, with the ability to think in systems, interaction patterns, orchestration behaviours, and failure modes.
- Commercially grounded decision-maker, comfortable building business cases, prioritising for impact, and discussing adoption and revenue with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience running structured discovery with enterprise customers and translating complex input into clear, scalable product capabilities.
- Confident communicator across disciplines, able to engage deeply with both engineering teams and commercial leadership.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as multi-agent coordination, routing, and conversation state from a product perspective.
- Experience or interest in regulated industries (EHS, Quality, Compliance, or similar) is beneficial but not essential.
At Ideagen, we value the importance of work-life balance and welcome candidates seeking flexible arrangements. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know during the application process.
