As an Account Manager at Ideagen, your primary responsibility is to foster and expand relationships with our existing customers. You will focus on identifying upselling opportunities, presenting value-added solutions, and driving revenue growth within your assigned customer accounts, thereby contributing to the overall success of our organisation.Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring that you become a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs.- Proactively analyse customer usage data, product adoption rates, and business challenges to identify opportunities for upselling additional products, services, or upgrades.- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our software products and their capabilities to effectively communicate their value to customers.- Employ a consultative sales approach to clearly articulate the benefits of upsell opportunities, demonstrating how they will address specific customer pain points and drive business value.- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals to engage customers and facilitate upsell discussions.- Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing, overcome objections, and close upsell deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.Skills and Experience:- Strong understanding of B2B selling and account management principles.- Proven track record in account management, demonstrating success in maintaining and growing customer accounts.- Familiarity with sales or qualification methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, or Miller Heiman.- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and establishing credibility with customers.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to uncover upsell opportunities effectively.- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
