Overview
As Revenue Systems Enablement Partner, you bridge the gap between revenue technology and the people who use it. You enable adoption of our GTM stack (Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, sales engagement, AI) to unlock measurable value. You’ll partner with RevTech, Enablement and commercial leaders to make systems intuitive, trusted and actively used. Your work shapes how revenue teams work and scales adoption across a global organization. This role offers impact through clearer processes, better training, and AI-powered productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and system enablement across the GTM technology stack
- Create training, documentation and self-service resources that users actually want to use
- Drive adoption of Salesforce, CPQ, sales engagement and forecasting tools
- Ensure new starters become system-confident quickly
- Prepare the business for system releases, changes and new functionality
- Use adoption data to identify friction, coaching opportunities and process improvements
- Serve as the first line of support for system usage questions
- Document critical workflows and reduce tribal knowledge
- Help commercial teams embrace AI-powered ways of working
Key requirements
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Knowledge of GTM systems and commercial workflows
- Strong training and documentation skills
- Experience driving system adoption and user engagement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A passion for improving how teams work through better processes and technology
- Love making complex things simple
- Enjoy helping people succeed
- Proactive in spotting adoption problems
- Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
