At Ideagen, we’re not just building a high-performance, data-driven revenue organisation, we’re elevating it, and our GTM technology is central to that ambition. We’re looking for a Director of RevTech & GTM Systems to take ownership of our commercial systems landscape, shaping how our sales, marketing and customer teams operate at scale. This role sits at the heart of Revenue Operations and plays a critical part in enabling smarter decisions, stronger performance and sustainable growth. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategy, systems and leadership, driving the evolution of our GTM tech stack, improving data quality and embedding tools, including AI, that directly impact how we win and retain customers. If you’re motivated by building scalable solutions, solving complex problems and delivering real commercial impact, this role offers the scope and visibility to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the GTM systems roadmap, ensuring our core platforms, including Salesforce and wider tooling, are aligned to business priorities and built to scale.
  • Driving system optimisation, identifying inefficiencies, reducing duplication and improving user experience across the commercial organisation.
  • Leading cross-functional delivery, working closely with Revenue Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing and Finance to turn business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Improving data integrity and insight, ensuring our revenue data is accurate, consistent and supports confident decision-making.
  • Supporting AI and automation adoption, helping embed tools that improve productivity, forecasting accuracy and pipeline generation.
  • Managing vendors and spend, contributing to procurement decisions, contract management and ensuring value from our technology investments.
  • Owning enterprise-scale implementation programmes, leading complex system rollouts and transformation initiatives across multiple functions, geographies and stakeholder groups.
  • Managing significant technology investments and budgets, balancing commercial priorities, scalability and return on investment across the GTM technology stack.
  • Enabling M&A integration, supporting the onboarding of acquired businesses into our GTM systems with speed and consistency.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team, building capability across systems, data and analysis while fostering a commercially focused mindset.

Skills and Experience:

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, data and commercial impact, someone who sees GTM technology not as infrastructure, but as a lever for growth. This role will suit an individual who brings experience across RevTech, Revenue Operations or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment, combined with strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the wider ecosystem of revenue tools. Success in this role comes from the ability to translate commercial priorities into scalable system solutions, balancing long-term thinking with hands-on delivery. There’s a natural curiosity to challenge how things are done today, paired with a practical mindset that focuses on what will drive the biggest impact. Strong relationship-building is essential. The role works across Sales, Marketing, Finance, RevOps and IT, so credibility, influence and the ability to align stakeholders around a clear path forward are key. This is also a leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys developing people, building capability and creating a team environment that is accountable, collaborative and commercially focused. Above all, this role calls for someone who thinks in outcomes, connecting systems, tools and data back to revenue performance, efficiency and scale, and who is motivated by the opportunity to elevate how a growing organisation operates.
