Overview
In this role you will support multi-channel marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive pipeline growth. You’ll collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content and ensure timely publication across digital channels. You’ll measure performance, extract insights, and push for continuous improvement. The position combines creative work with data-driven decision making to influence marketing outcomes at Ideagen. This is a cross-functional, hybrid role within the Marketing department that contributes to the company’s mission of safeguarding lives and operations through software.
Responsibilities
- Support development and delivery of multi-channel campaigns across digital content, emails, and social media
- Create and distribute campaign materials (white papers, videos, blogs, case studies)
- Coordinate with social media and web marketing teams for timely content publication
- Align local activity with global campaigns through internal and central marketing teams
- Plan and support marketing events ensuring high standard delivery
- Measure digital marketing performance using web analytics and track campaign metrics
- Generate insights from performance data for campaign optimization
- Assist with account-based marketing initiatives alongside sales to support pipeline goals
Key requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, demand generation or campaign execution in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot
- Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools
- Strong communication skills and cross-department collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver against campaign objectives
