About the role
Due to continued success, we are expanding and seeking a talented Systems Administrator (Infrastructure & Cloud). We value excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for technology.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and resolve level 2 & 3 support tickets via our ticketing system and in person
- Ensure incidents, events, and problem tickets are resolved promptly within SLA
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting across various technologies
- Attend client site visits as scheduled
- Maintain and update documentation for processes and knowledge base
- Collaborate with the TechOps team to resolve customer issues
The person we seek
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Systems Administrator, with exposure to AWS and/or Azure
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of Incident and Problem Management
- Technical support skills across technologies such as:
β Windows and Linux OS
β AWS and/or Azure, DevOps experience preferred
β Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange, Teams, Defender
Applicants must reside in the Brisbane region, with ability to travel to Eight Mile Plains and Brisbane CBD as needed.
