As part of our European expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth by partnering with innovative healthcare startups across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and secure partnerships in business development with healthcare giants as well as start-ups in Europe
- Manage end-to-end sales processes and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal research and product teams to deliver high-quality insights
- Maintain client activity, track opportunities, and manage pipelines in CRM tools
- Mentor and support future team members
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
- Grow sales in Europe according to company objectives
- Be driven by results and aspiration to grow a European division in Malta
Who You Are
- 5+ years in sales, business development, or account management in B2B, preferably in healthcare, market research, or consulting
- Experienced in managing startup accounts and building strong partnerships
- Skilled in CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM
- Strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder
- Excited to mentor and train colleagues in the future
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
