About the Role

  • Develop and manage IDAS’s volunteer programme, including a peer mentoring scheme.
  • Ensure that services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of IDAS.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, agencies and funders.
  • Develop and deliver training to enhance the IDAS volunteer programme.
  • Ensure that all volunteers have access to consistent and regular training, supervision and support.
  • Ensure that standards are continually monitored and evaluated with a view to achieving a level of excellence in the provision of volunteers and the peer mentoring service.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of an online peer mentoring system.
